Brian Webster

It was 1965 and so the story goes that Brian had been looking for a '32 for sometime. An ad in a paper for a 1933 Ford appeared and he thought that might be a good candidate for a hot rod. This may be as close as he would get to a '32 he thought so he went to view it..
Imagine his surprise when the garage door was opened to reveal a '32 5w coupe.

The seller was asking £200, but Brian only had £100 in his pocket, pleading his case, the seller finally relented and agreed to sell. Brian brought it home straight away and the work began to turn it into a hot rod.

Brain ran the hot rod for several years and finally sold it to an American living in England at the time. Known as 'Chicago John' he then chopped the roof and added to Brian's work taking it the next level. John latter moved back to the States taking the car with him. Brian latter said that despite his best efforts it was John who turned into the hot rod he always wanted. John still owns the coupe but recent photos show that the car was having work done but it appears to have been stopped many years ago as the car is now covered in a thick layer of dust.

The coupe being towed home by John Parry in his Ford F100 pickup after Brian purchased it.
