This '32 coupe (which is right hand drive) was owned by RAF pilot Stephen Helps Starey from Milton Ernest, Bedford who purchased it from new in November 1933. He sold the car in 1964 to Anthony Guy who lived in Attleborough, Norfolk.
The next owner was George Foulger. George owned a service station in Bunwell, Norwich and it was George who turned it into a hot rod (see article photo). He would later go to build two famous British Ford 'Pops' He then sold it to Albert Harvey who also lived in Bunwell, and in1976 the new owner was Åke Strandberg who was a mechanic for the famous Swedish F1 driver Ronny Peterson. The '32 was brought to Sweden around about 1981-82
It was sitting in a garage from 1982 onwards until 2018 when Nicklas Nygren found it, bought it and put it back on the road. It still has the same paint and interior that George Foulger had done in the sixties but the Chevy engine has now been replaced with a hot rodded Ford 8ba flathead V8.
Note: Nicklas still owns this car to date and provided some of the images below.

Ake Stradberg with British hot rodder Robin Sear. As it's on a trailer we can only guess that maybe it's off to Sweden. Note that it has wire wheels and not steels as when George originally built it.
